Before purchasing and immersing yourself in The Unlimited Collective (hereinafter referred to as the “Membership”), we kindly request that you read these Terms of Use in their entirety. The content and the Membership itself are exclusive properties of Jonathan Perez International LLC.

1. Definitions:

The terms "Company", "We", "I", "Our", or "Us" refer to Jonathan Perez International LLC, the creator and owner of The Unlimited Collective.

When we mention "Participation", "Participating", "Using", or "Use", we're referring to activities such as reading, implementing, trying, or engaging in any other form of interaction with the Membership.

The terms "You" or "Your" specifically denote the individual who is purchasing and using the Membership.

Consent:

By participating in the Membership, you are voluntarily giving your implicit agreement to act in accordance with, and abide by, these Terms of Use.

2. Disclaimer:

The Membership is strictly designed for informational and educational purposes. The knowledge dispensed through this Membership does not, under any circumstances, intend to replace or act as a substitute for professional advice provided by a physician, psychiatrist, or therapist. For any issues or concerns related to your personal health or mental wellbeing, we strongly recommend consulting with a professional in those fields.

Although we endeavor to keep all of the Membership’s content current and accurate, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy or freedom from errors at all times. As such, we do not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of the Membership's information or for its safety or efficacy as it applies to you.

3. Assumption of the Risk:

As a user of the Membership, you will need to exercise your judgment in using the information provided. This use is entirely at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to discern the risks associated with the use of the Membership or its content. You willingly assume responsibility for your actions, choices, or lack thereof, in connection with the Membership.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership:

The Membership and its extensive content, which includes but is not limited to multiple courses on spirituality, trauma, manifestation, and so forth, constitute intellectual property owned solely by Jonathan Perez International LLC. Violations of this term, along with all other terms contained within this document, will be legally pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. No Unauthorized Sharing:

You are explicitly prohibited from distributing, copying, forwarding, or sharing the Membership or its content with any third party. Any violations of these Terms of Use will be legally pursued to the utmost extent permitted by law.

Additionally, it is crucial to maintain the confidentiality of your password or login information. Should this information be shared with anyone who hasn't made a legitimate purchase of the Membership, the offending member will be removed from the Membership immediately, and no refund will be issued.

6. No Guarantees Regarding Results:

Any testimonials, statements, or examples from current or past members should be regarded strictly as examples. They do not imply a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Each individual and their circumstances are unique, and nothing should be interpreted as a guarantee that your experience will mirror that of another member.

We do not make any claims or assurances about any specific outcome, financial or otherwise, that may come about as a result of your use of or participation in the Membership. We cannot be held accountable for the success or failure of your personal growth, decisions, income, or any other outcomes that you may experience as a result of your participation in the Membership.

7. Release of Liability, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreement:

We, Jonathan Perez International LLC, to the maximum extent permitted by law, expressly reject liability for any direct, indirect, and/or consequential damages you may endure related to your purchase, usage, or participation in the Membership, including its materials, our website, or any other information obtained by you from us. By enrolling in the Membership, you explicitly agree to this limitation of liability and release Jonathan Perez International LLC from any and all potential claims.

By purchasing and/or participating in the Membership, you agree to absolve, forgive, and forever discharge Jonathan Perez International LLC and to indemnify and hold harmless our subsidiaries, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, shareholders, directors, officers, coaches, assignees, licensees, and affiliates from any and all claims, suits, actions, charges, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, and/or costs related to or arising from your purchase or participation in the Membership or your breach of any obligation, warranty, covenant, or representation set forth in these Terms of Use.

Your enrollment in the Membership signifies your agreement to release us from all potential claims, and to defend, indemnify, and hold Jonathan Perez International LLC harmless in accordance with this section.

8. Refund Policy:

'The Unlimited Collective' provides a 7-day refund policy for its members, effective from the date of purchase. This means that within the first 7 days of purchasing a membership, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that refund requests after this 7-day window will not be processed.

The policy reflects the digital nature of our services and the ease with which they can be consumed and/or copied. It is essential to understand that the non-refundable clause kicks in immediately after the 7-day statutory period.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Jonathan Perez International LLC will not be held responsible or liable in any manner for any damages you may receive directly or indirectly due to your participation in the Membership. We disclaim any liability for damages, injuries, harm, death, misuse of (or failure to properly use) the Membership or its content, due to any action or omission on your part. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Payment, Purchase, and Subscription Plan Terms:

When purchasing the Membership using a credit card, you give Jonathan Perez International LLC the authorization to charge your card on a reoccurring basis to remain a part of the Membership. Your information (credit card and contact info) may be collected by third-party merchants PayPal, Kajabi, and Stripe (based on the payment method you select at checkout), which may have their privacy policies or security practices differing from ours. We are not responsible for these independent policies or practices.

11. Subscription Terms / Failed Subscription Procedures:

Depending on whether you select a monthly or yearly Subscription (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscription”), you will be billed periodically according to your choice.

Upon the completion of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you or the Company cancels it.

When you purchase the Membership, you authorize and give permission to Jonathan Perez International LLC to automatically charge your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account, as payment for the Membership, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. We will not seek any additional authorization, approval, or permission from you before charging your card for each reoccurring Subscription payment.

12. Marketing Permissions:

Upon purchasing a membership from 'The Unlimited Collective', you are granting us express permission to capture and use screenshots, user testimonials, or similar depictions of your activity within our community for promotional or marketing purposes.

These depictions may be used in a variety of media, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, promotional videos, and marketing materials. We may also use these depictions to showcase the vibrancy and diversity of our community and demonstrate the services we provide.

Please note, however, that we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal identity. Any use of such depictions will be anonymized, and no personally identifiable information will be shared without your explicit prior consent.
